Refresh page at specific time : JavaScript Console

Open JS Console panel in Chrome by Pressing Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows / Linux) OR Cmd + Opt + J (Mac). 

Copy and paste following code in console window

window.setInterval(function(){
  if(new Date()>new Date("april 4, 2017 18:20:00") && new Date()<new Date("april 4, 2017 18:20:04")){
    document.location.reload()
     }
  },1);
